1- Cancellation, Returns and Defective Products:
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for BICYCLEs, except if there is a product defect or damage caused prior to the dispatch of the purchased item.
Cancellation
Cancelling your order might incur operational and/or shipping charges before the order is dispatched, therefore a flat cancellation charge of:
- (30 AED) will be applied and deducted for all orders processed by cash or card payment.
- 5% fee charge deducted for all order processed with card and buy-now-pay-later payment methods. This is a non-refundable fee from the payment company that has to be back-charged to the customer.
Returns
Unless there has been an error on our part, or the Product you purchased is defective, we cannot accept cancellation or returns on (1) personalized Products, (2) Special Orders or Pre-Ordered Items (3) Customized Items or Custom-built Items (as all of these are orders made specifically to the need of the customer).
For returning a Product, you could either process this through the website or contact us, indicating which Product(s) and the number of Products to be returned and your reason for return. If the Product is returnable under these Terms and Conditions, we will arrange for the pickup of such Product(s) after our receipt of your return request.
Returns should be made within 7 days of delivery and should be sent back in their original condition and original packaging provided. Clothing, Helmets and Caps must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all the labels/tags.
A flat fee of 30 AED will be deductible from the amount received in order to cover the operational and shipping costs.
2- Defective Products
If you return a Product because of an error on our part, or because it is defective, this Product(s) must be returned in the condition in which you received it within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the pickup of such Product(s) after our receipt of your return request.
Any tech product deemed defective must be inspected by Us or by an authorized service center appointed by Us in order to validate its condition before exchange/refund is given.
3- Refunds and Exchanges:
Exchanges
Where We agree that the Products be returned, an exchange will be processed by The Floating Pivot following the receipt of the returned Products. A refund will only be offered where it is not possible to replace the Product(s).
Refunds
Upon confirming that returned items meet the criteria above and qualify for compensation to the customer, we will refund the value paid by the customer in full, on any payments made via Debit/Credit Card. Card refunds might take up to 7 working days to reflect on your bank statements.
On orders paid via Cash On Delivery, refunds can be maid directly to the customer’s bank account, or we will offer a coupon code to the customer, equating to the full value of the returned Product/s, that can be used as credit in our online store, in exchange for other product/s. This coupon code will be valid for period of 15 days only. A flat fee of 30 AED is deductible to cover operational and shipping charges.
