1- Order Processing & Shipping:
All orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Some delay may occur if shipping information such as destination address and/or contact number are not clear, or if the shipping company is requesting more information.

Within the UAE excluding remote locations: will vary between free shipping up to an undetermined amount based on the volume and weight of each package.

3- Order Tracking:
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow a couple of hours for the tracking information to become available.
